ARCHER Audio/Video Selector (150-1956) Connections Faxback Doc. # 33331 Connect up to four audio/video components to the selector's input jacks using stereo audio/video cable Radio Shack's Cat. No. 150-1537. Match the component's audio/video output jacks to the corresponding jacks on the selector. Color coded jacks make it easy to hook components to the selector. Yellow jacks are for video. Red jacks are for right audio. White jacks are for left audio. NOTE: The selector is designed to connect stereo audio/video components. If your component is monaural, you can connect it to either the left or right audio jacks, but this will give you a single channel output. To get both right and left channel audio, use an audio Y cable to connect the right and left audio inputs together; then, connect them to the audio of your monaural component. Use a small label to mark the selector's input jack with the name of the component that is connected to that jack. Use a stereo audio/video cable to connect the selector's output to a TV or VCR's input. NOTE: For best performance, use high-quality audio/video cables. Do not use audio cables for video.
