Once authorized, the VideoPal feature lets you automatically purchase pay-
per-view services.  Simply consult your program listings for available
program services and follow the instructions below.

The VideoPal feature lets you purchase the current pay-per-view program or
the next program.

Purchasing the Current Program

To purchase the current program, do the following:

1.  Tune to the channel for the pay-per-view program you want to purchase.

2.  Press VIEW for purchasing information.  The PROGRAM TITLE screen
    displays the name of the program, the amount of time remaining in the
    program (if it has already started), and the price of the program.

3.  To order the program, press ENTER, enter your purchase password (if you
    set one), and press ENTER again to confirm the order.

NOTES:  If a rating ceiling is active, any lockout applies prior to
        confirmation of purchase.

        Pay special attention to the remaining time in program.  You are
        billed for the entire program no matter how much of it remains.

        All program providers have the ability to prevent a late program
        purchase after a certain portion of the program has already elapsed
        For example, if you should accidentally try to purchase a program
        after it has passed the halfway mark, you might see a message
        stating that you cannot purchase this program.  Each program
        provider sets their own lockout feature policy, called the purchase
        window.

Purchasing The Next Program

To purchase the next program, do the following:

1.  Tune the satellite receiver to the correct channel, and press NEXT.

    The screen displays the next program's title, its cost, and the amount
    of time remaining before it begins.  You can also consult a satellite
    guide for program availability.

2.  Press ENTER if you want to order the program, enter your purchase
    password (if you set one), and press ENTER again to confirm the order.
    Keep your satellite receiver turned on and wait for the start of the
    next program.  You can purchase only one show in advance.

Canceling the Next Program After You Order It

You can cancel the next program once it has been ordered.

If you decide not to view the program coming up next, simply change the
channel. Or, you can press NEXT and then ENTER at the "press ENTER to
CANCEL" prompt before the program begins.

Your account is not billed for the purchase if the program is cancelled
before it begins.  You cannot cancel the order after the program begins.
