To improve reception for VHF TV Channels 2-13 and FM radio, fully extend 
the telescoping dipoles and move them to an angle that produces the best
reception.  If the UHF reflector hinders the telescoping dipoles' rotation,
just flip it down.  Then maximize the signal by slowly turning the 
Fine-Tuning control until you get the best reception.

NOTE:  In weak-signal areas, you might improve reception of VHF Channels
       7-13 and FM radio by retracting the telescoping elements slightly.

For UHF TV channels 14-83, turn the Fine-Tuning control and adjust the
angle of the UHF reflector until you get the best reception.
