There is a drum counter that acts as a fuse included in the Drum Kit for
the LP400, LP410 and LP800 printers.  This counter is used by the printer 
logic to determine the number of copies that have been printed with the
drum installed.  The counter will change colors on the front panel LED from
green to orange to red depending on how many copies have been printed on
the drum installed.  When the counter changes from green to orange, the 
drum kit should be ordered to have available for installation.

The drum counter needs to be inserted into the slot until the red line can 
be seen.  If it is not properly seated, the 'Change Drum' message on the 
LED may still appear.  Press firmly to be sure the counter is pressed in 
all the way.
