1.  Open the WinWriter 150c Printer Control dialog box.

2.  Choose the Cartridges tab.

3.  Choose the Install Black Cartridge button or the Install Color
    Cartridge button to move the print cartridge carrier to the load
    position.

4.  Unplug the printer power cord from the electrical outlet.  DO NOT TURN
    THE PRINTER POWER OFF before you unplug it.

    This will force the print cartridge carrier to remain in the load
    position.

5.  Remove the print cartridges.

6.  Use a CLEAN, DRY CLOTH to clean the cartridge carrier contacts inside
    the printer.

7.  Replace the print cartridge.

8.  Plug the printer power cord into an electrical outlet.

9.  Turn printer power on.

10.  Remember, you do not want to reset the ink level counter.  Choose Old
     Cartridge Installed.

11.  Test the print cartridge by choosing the Clean Print Nozzles button on
     the Cartridges tab.

If print quality has not improved after this cleaning process, replace your
print cartridge.  If print quality still does not improve, your printer may
require service.
