Pro SW-10P 120 Watt (400-4070) Care and Maintenance Faxback Doc. # 14203
Subwoofer

To maintain the speaker cabinet's finish, do not let it come in contact
with water vapor, alcohol, benzene, insecticide, or similar liquids. Do
not place a plastic covering on top of the speaker, as the plastic's color
could come off and stick to the finish. Clean the speaker cabinet with a
soft, dry cloth.

To prevent the cabinet from warping or discoloring, do not place the
speaker in a place where it is exposed to direct sunlight or excessive
humidity.

Do not place the speaker where it might be knocked over or exposed to
falling objects.

Never touch the speaker elements with your hands or expose them to
excessive shocks. If the speaker is dented or bent, the sound is
distorted as well.

To avoid any damage to the speaker or amplifier, turn off the amplifier
before making connections.

The metal control panel on the back of the PRO SW-10P acts as the heat
sink for the subwoofer's internal amplifier. Therefore, place the unit at
least 4 inches (10 cm) away from a wall, and do not let anything come into
contact with this panel.
