Listener

1.  Set the VOLUME control to MIN.

2.  Slide the power switch to ON.

3.  Plug the headphones into the PHONES jack, and put them on.

4.  Adjust the VOLUME control to a pleasant listening level.

5.  Adjust the BALANCE control for the desired left/right balance.

6.  Move the ON/OFF/HI switch to the HI position to emphasize high
    frequency sounds if they sound weak.

7.  Move the ON/OFF/HI switch to OFF to turn off the listener.

If you do not plan to use the listener for an extended period, remove the
batteries.  When the level of amplification becomes poor or distorted,
replace both the batteries at the same time.
