Your Optimus CD-3320 Portable AM/FM Stereo Cassette Recorder with CD Player
is an all-in-one music system.  It is small and portable so you can take it
anywhere, indoors or out.  Anywhere you go, at work or play, you can listen
to the radio, prerecorded cassette tapes, or compact discs, and even make
your own recordings!

CASSETTE DECK FEATURES

               Full Automatic Stop - protects the tape and tape-handling 
                                     parts by automatically stopping the
                                     tape when it reaches the end.

          Soft Cassette Tape Eject - softly opens the cassette compartment
                                     door so the cassette does not pop
                                     out.

               One-Touch Recording - lets you start recording by pressing
                                     single button.

           Automatic Level Control - automatically adjusts the recording
                                     level.

             Two Recording Sources - let you record from the CD player or
                                     radio.

CD PLAYER FEATURES

                  Automatic Search
               Music System (ASMS) - lets you quickly find any track on a
                                     CD.

                 Programmable Play - lets you program and play up to 16
                                     tracks in any sequence.

                       Repeat Play - lets you repeat an entire CD or a
                                     series of programmed tracks.

           Wireless Remote Control - lets you operate the CD player from
                                     up to 20 feet away.

OTHER SYSTEM FEATURES

              Extended Bass System - provides richer, fuller bass.

                    Headphone Jack - lets you use optional headphones for
                                     private listening.

                     Power Options - let you power your system from
                                     internal batteries, AC power (using
                                     the supplied AC power cord, or your
                                     vehicle's battery (using an optional
                                     DC-to-AC inverter).

NOTE:  You need two AA batteries (not supplied) to power the remote control

The CD player in this stereo system is made and tested to meet exacting
safety standards. It meets UL and FCC requirements and complies with safety
performance standards of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
With proper care, this CD player should give you years of trouble-free
service.  CDs that can be played on this player have the COMPACT DISC
DIGITAL AUDIO mark on them.

NOTE:  Most material on compact discs and prerecorded tapes is copyrighted.
       Unauthorized duplication of copyrighted material is a violation of
       the copyright laws of most countries and such duplication may result
       in fines and/or imprisonment.  Note, however, that in the United
       States, it is not a violation of U.S. copyright laws for a consumer
       to use an audio recording device to duplicate musical records for
       noncommercial (personal) use.

THE FCC WANTS YOU TO KNOW

This equipment complies with the limits for a Class B digital device as
specified in Part 15 of FCC RULES.  These limits provide reasonable
protection against radio and TV interference in a residential area.
However, your equipment might cause TV or radio interference even when it
is operating properly.

To eliminate interference, you can try one or more of the following
corrective measures:

     Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

     Increase the distance between the CD-3320 and the radio or TV.

     Use outlets on different electrical circuits for the CD-3320 and the
     radio or TV.
