Optimus Ultra-Miniature Tie-Clip Microphone

1.  Insert the microphone cord's 1/8 inch plug into your amplifier or tape
    deck's microphone jack.

    NOTE:  If your amplifier or tape deck's microphone jack is a 1/4-inch
           type, you need a suitable adapter plug (such as Cat. No. 274-367
           not supplied).

2.  Clip the microphone's holder to your tie, lapel, or other piece of
    clothing, then insert the microphone into its holder.

3.  Clip the battery holder on your belt or other convenient place.

4.  Turn on the microphone by sliding ON/OFF on the battery holder to ON.

5.  Talk into the microphone and adjust the amplifier's or tape deck's
    volume control for a good sound level.

    NOTE:  If the amplifier's or tape deck's volume is too loud, you might
           hear a loud squeal.  To avoid this "feedback" noise, either
           reduce the amplifier's or tape deck's volume or adjust the angle
           of the speakers so they point away from the microphone.

6.  Slide ON/OFF to OFF when you are not using the microphone.
