LED Car Clock (630-0833) Troubleshooting Faxback Doc. # 7581 If your display can't be turned on, check the following: 1. Open the fuse-holder (connected to RED wire) and check fuse inside. If the fuse is burned out, use a 0.5 Ampere fuse to replace it. 2. Check electrical wiring, make sure the wiring connections are correct. If your display goes back to 12:00 when turning on the ignition, your car voltage is dropping below an acceptable level. To make up for this, add the following components: 276-1101, a 1N4001 diode, connect the unbanded end to the +12V CONSTANT power source. 272-1020, a 2200uF capacitor @ 35WV, connect the side with the "-" to a solid ground point. Connect the other end to the banded end of the diode. Connect the yellow wire to the junction of the capacitor and diode. If the trouble still exists, refer to qualified service personnel.
