SWITCHER duplicates many VGACONF options. However, SWITCHER loads into 
memory so you can always access the options. When you install SWITCHER you 
can change many video options by pressing special key sequences.

NOTES:

*  When you run SWITCHER, you reduce the total amount of memory available 
   to DOS program.
*  SWITCHER does not function while you are running Windows and some other 
   applications that directly control the keyboard and display.
*  Refer to "Using the VGACONF Utility" for a complete description of all 
   options except "Screen Power" and "Suspend Mode".

Type the following command from the C:\ prompt to run SWITCHER:

   CD \CLUTIL  <ENTER>
   SWITCHER  <ENTER>

Now you can use these key sequences to change the video options:

All SWITCHER commands operate in toggle mode. That is, each time you press 
a key sequence, you change the option's setting.

Screen power ON/OFF (CTRL+SHIFT+S) turns the built-in display on and off. 
This option does not affect an external monitor.

Suspend mode ON/OFF (CTRL+SHIFT+U) temporarily suspends operation if you 
are using the built-in screen. This option has no effect when you use an 
external monitor.
