This kit was also used on certain configurations of Tandy Omni II MT Servers by AST and Tandy Omni Profile II machines by AST. This particular upgrade kit consisted of: CDR-H93RSA SCSI CD-ROM drive Media Vision sound card (no special identification) Checked setup for the OMNI Profile II system (259-7710) and disabled the printer port to free up IRQ5 and IRQ7. Installation of the CD-ROM was standard with adding the CD-ROM drive in the 5.25" drive bay, adding the interface card jumpered to the default settings, and running the cables between the two boards (the audio cable and the SCSI interface cable). Interface card and CD-ROM drive logic board are clearly marked which pin is PIN 1. Cable is keyed for insertion on the interface card, but not on the CD-ROM logic board. Included is a PAS 16 SCSI Installation Disk.
