The Tandy 2800 system has 1 meg of internal memory.  Only 640K of this
memory is available to the sandard MS-DOS operating system.  The memory can
be accessed and used as a RAM-Disk with the VDISK command:

DEVICE=VDISK.SYS 384 /A

Where VDISK.SYS is in the root directory.  If  VDISK.SYS is in the DOS
directory, your statement would look like this:

DEVICE=C:\DOS\VDISK.SYS 384 /A

This will give you a 384K RAM-drive as drive D: if you add it as a line in 
your CONFIG.SYS file.
