The Tandy 3100's Sound Blaster Card (CT-1350B) will not do CD AUDIO.  This 
is the only Sound Blaster card that will not.  The reason is that the built
in Mixer required for CD AUDIO is not on the CT-1350B.

The Tandy 3100 is not an MPC machine, therefore, it did not come with the 
Sound Mixer.

This product can produce Audio Sound with the addition of the MMS-10 
Speakers.  This machine is not marketed as an MPC machine and should not be
considered one.
