Jumper Definition

Jumpers are used to select options for certain features.  To set a jumper 
to "close" means covering the jumper pins with the jumper caps, and "open" 
means not to cover the pins.

There is a three-prong connector located on the riser card
labelled PC&C (CN2).  The second position on the left side
of the connector has no pin extension available for connecting
into.

If the purple/black/gray power cable is not connected to the 
board, the system will not power up.
