To run the First Aid recovery program:

  1. Insert the First Aid Recovery Kit CD in the CD-ROM drive.

  2. Shut down your PC.

  3. Wait 30 seconds and turn on your PC again.

  4. Click on OK on the Welcome screen.

  5. When the First Aid Recovery menu appears, follow the 
     instructions on the screen.
