Guitar with Headset Mic (600-2563) Operation Faxback Doc. # 16092 Here are the notes to you can produce using the buttons on your guitar. 1. Place the guitar's strap over your shoulder. NOTE: The strap is strong enough to hold the guitar, but be careful not to pull on the strap too hard or it might break. 2. Turn on the guitar by sliding VOLUME to LO or HI, whichever is a comfortable listening level. Press DEMO. The guitar automatically plays a pre-programmed melody ("Song of Disneyland") to let you know that the batteries are installed in the guitar. You can let the melody play to the end or stop it at any time by sliding VOLUME to OFF. 3. To play the guitar, press the music buttons to produce the notes you want. To hear a rhythmic sound as you play, press the RHYTHM button. To modify the sound, press RHYTHM again. NOTE: There are 3 different rhythms, which go from slow to fast. Experiment with each until you get the rhythm you want. You can also change the speed of the rhythms by pressing the RHYTHM SPEED button. NOTE: The pegs on the top of the guitar are only for decoration. USING THE MICROPHONE To add to your fun, use the microphone to sing along as you play your favorite songs. 1. Insert the supplied headset's 1/8-inch plug into the MIC jack. Then put on the headset. 2. Slide VOLUME to LO and HI. 3. Sing into the microphone as you play your guitar. You can adjust the microphone's position. Simply put the headset on and rotate the knob counterclockwise to loosen the microphone.
