Beach Burner (600-4146) Hints and Tips Faxback Doc. # 16803 When not in use, leave OFF/ON set to OFF. If the Beach Burner moves slowly or not at all, replace the Beach Burner's batteries (if you use alkaline batteries) or recharge the batteries (if you use nickel-cadmium batteries). If the Beach Burner's motor runs but the Beach Burner does not respond to the transmitter, move closer the Beach Burner and try again. If the Beach Burner's motor still does not respond, replace the transmitter's 9-volt battery. If your Beach Burner moves poorly and you have installed fresh batteries, check to see if the wheels have picked up debris. Lint, thread, hair, and dust in the wheel bearings can slow down the Beach Burner. Carefully remove such materials from the wheel bearings. You might experience interference from CB radios or other devices that use similar frequencies. Interference will cause your Beach Burner not to operate properly. If this happens, move away from the interfering device. Also, two radio-controlled vehicles that operate at the same frequency cannot be used in the same area without causing interference.
