Racing Team 18 Wheeler (600-4156) Hints and Tips Faxback Doc. # 18783 These hints can help you get the most enjoyment from your 18 Wheeler. For maximum battery life, turn the 18 Wheeler off for 45 minutes after every 15 minutes of continuous use. If the 18 Wheeler moves slowly or not at all, replace the 18 Wheeler's C batteries (if you use alkaline batteries) or recharge the C batteries (if you use nickel-cadmium batteries). If the 18 Wheeler's motor runs but the 18 Wheeler does not respond to the transmitter, move closer to the 18 Wheeler and try again. If the 18 Wheeler's motor still does not respond, replace the transmitter's 9-volt battery and replace the receiver's 9-volt battery inside the 18 Wheeler. If someone uses a CB nearby, it might interfere with control of the 18 Wheeler. If this happens, move the 18 Wheeler away from the CB. You cannot operate your 18 Wheeler near devices with transmitters that use the same frequency. Like a real big rig, you must carefully steer the tractor when backing it up or turning it with the trailer attached, or the tractor and trailer could jackknife (turn together too closely).
