Do not store the racer or transmitter in direct sunlight or near a heat source. Do not leave the racer or transmitter outside overnight. Night dampness can damage their electronic circuits. Use only fresh batteries of the recommended size and type. Always remove old or weak batteries. They can leak chemicals that destroy electronic circuits. Turn off the racer and transmitter when you finish to conserve battery power. Modifying or tampering with the racer's or the transmitter's internal components can cause a malfunction and might invalidate the warranty and void your FCC authorization to operate the racer.If your racer does not work properly, take it to your local RadioShack store for assistance. THE FCC WANTS YOU TO KNOW Your racer might cause TV or radio interference even when it is operating properly. To determine whether your racer is causing the interference, turn off your racer. If the interference goes away, your racer is causing the interference. Try to eliminate the interference by: Moving your racer away from the receiver. Contacting your local RadioShack store for help.
