Press and hold PUSH-TO-TALK and speak into MIC in a normal voice. NOTE: To lock PUSH-TO-TALK so you can talk without holding the switch down, push the bottom of the switch in and up. Slide the top of the switch down to release it. 3. Release PUSH-TO-TALK and listen for the response. 4. To send Morse Code signals, press PUSH-TO-TALK in and up. Then press the Morse Code button as desired. Use short presses for dots and long presses for dashes. Refer to the International Morse Code chart on the front of the walkie talkie, if necessary. 5. To receive Morse Code signals, release PUSH-TO-TALK and listen for the signals. 6. When you are finished, set POWER ON/OFF to OFF.
