USING THE TIMER

To Count Up

With this timer you can count up to a maximum of 99 minutes, 59 seconds.

Press STOP/RESET to set the time to 00m00s, then press START to start 
counting up. (Triangle up) appears on the display.

To stop the timer, press STOP/RESET.

Press START again to resume the count up, or press STOP/RESET again to 
reset the timer to 00m00s.

Note:  After the timer reaches 99 minutes, 59 seconds, it resets the count
time to 00m00s and continues counting up.

To Count Down

With this timer you can count down from a maximum of 99 minutes, 99 seconds.

Press STOP/RESET to set the timer to 00m00s, then use the number buttons on
the timer to enter the desired amount of time.  Press START to begin the
countdown. (Triangle down) appears on the display.

Note:  if the seconds setting is more than 59 seconds, the timer counts
down all the seconds first without decreasing the minutes setting.  The
minutes setting decreases by one when the seconds reach 00.

When the timer reaches 00m00s, the alarm sounds for 15 seconds.  Press any
button to silence the alarm.

To stop the countdown before it reaches 00m00s, press STOP/RESET.

Press START again to resume the countdown, or press STOP/RESET again to 
clear the timer and return to 00m00s.
