This Multimeter is subject to phantom readings.  This means that if the
unit is on, but not connected to any circuit, it usually does not display
zero, but has readings that change from moment to moment.  When the unit
is properly connected to a circuit, it will give accurate readings.

RH stands for range hold.  If the meter is in a certain range, and you
want it to remain in that range, press and hold RANGE so that the RH
indicator appears.  To go back to auto ranging, press RANGE for about one
second until RH disappears.
