NOTE: These are not the same as Memory Locations for storing phone numbers. The User Menus function that same way as the other Menus. A typical use for a User menu involves frequent travel to fixed locations away from your home area. If you need to change the assigned phone number (NAM), you may want to program Menu 01 as "NAM SELECT" (Menu 53). This could be an advantage because it's easier to remember Menu 01 than the Menu number for "NAM SELECT". To Program a User Menu: 1. Go to the function you want to store in a user Menu. Using the example above, press MENU 5 3. 2. Press and hold MENU for more than 2 seconds to access the Menu Store Mode. The next available empty User Menu is shown at the lower right of the display. 3. Press STO to store the function in the default User Menu. Or, press a number key (from 1 to 9) to store the function in a specific User Menu. Continuing the example above, press 1 to store the function in User Menu "01". NOTE: You do not need to press STO after pressing the number. (ALL-05/02/95)
