This table shows the purpose of each of the control buttons on the TAD.

Button                      Purpose

PLAY1           Press to play messages recorded for User 1.

Play2           Press to play messages recorded for User 2.
                Press again to play messages at double speed during
                playback.

PLAY3           Press to play messages recorded for User 3.

PLAY4           Press to play messages recorded for User 4.

STOP/NO         Press to stop or cancel the current operation or mode.
                Press while in stop mode to hear the current time and
                date.

REPEAT          Press while playing messages to repeat current message.
                Press again to playback previous message.

NEXT/YES        Press while playing messages to skip to the next message.
                Press while erasing messages to confirm erasure

ANNOUNCE        Press and release to play the outgoing announcement.
                Press and hold down to record a new outgoing announcement.

SET CODE/DATE   Press to enter time/date/remote code/record time setup.

MEMO            Press to record a memo.

ANSWER          Press to enter answer mode.
