TAD-25 Telephone Answering System (430-0260) Troubleshooting Faxback Doc. # 19210 If You Have Problems 1. Is the TAD-25 properly connected? 2. Are the Announce and Incoming Message cassettes in the proper compartments? 3. Are the controls in the proper positions? If You Still Have Problems Disconnect the TAD-25 immediately. If other phones then function normally, the fault is in the unit or its installation. If you're unable to locate the problem, bring the unit to your local Radio Shack. They have the personnel, parts, and service to get your TAD-25 back in service as quickly as possible. The FCC Wants You To Know It's VERY unlikely, but... If your TAD-25 causes problems on the phone line, the Telephone Company has the right to temporarily discontinue your service. If this ever happens, the Telephone Company will notify you and give you a chance to have the problem corrected. Also, the Telephone Company does have the right to make changes in their lines and/or equipment. If these changes affect your TAD-25 or require changes in its connection, the Phone Company will notify you in writing so you can take whatever steps necessary to insure uninterrupted telephone service.
