Q:  When connecting Paging Module to a 70 V PA line, is there a way to
    select tape monitor for module to override radio input?

A:  Connect Tape Out on Rec to Mixer Input (Line Level).   Connect Paging
    module to Mixer Input (Mike Level).  Connect Mixer Output to Tape Mon
    Input on Rec (Line Level).  Select FM and Tape Mon to hear the tuner.
