Key                    Function

Calendar               Enters the calendar mode.

Calculator             Enters the calculator mode.

Capacity               Displays the current memory status.

Caps                   Switches between all upper-case and lower case
                       characters.

Data/Time              Enters hour/minute/year/month/date values.

Delete                 Deletes the character at the current cursor
                       position.  Hold to rapidly delete characters.

Display Change         Switches between the index display and the data
                       display formats.

Escape                 Cancels any operation.

Function               Displays function menus.

Home Time              Displays the current home time.

Insert/Mark            Opens a space at the current cursor position.  Hold
                       down to rapidly insert multiple spaces.  Following
                       SHIFT, marks/unmarks data.

Secret                 Registers a password, accesses the secret memory
                       area, and exits the secret memory area.

Memo                   Enters the memo mode.

Next                   Completes an entry and advances to the next one.

Off                    Turns power off.

Power On/Clear         Turns power on.  Clears the display while the unit
                       is on.

Reminder               Enters the reminder mode.

Scheduler              Enters the scheduler.

Search                 Starts a search for data in memory.

Set                    Stores entered data into memory.

Shift                  Temporarily shifts the keyboard for one character.

Space                  Inputs a space.

Symbol                 Displays the symbol menu on the bottom of the
                       display.

Telephone Directory    Enters the telephone directory.

World Time             Displays the world time.

Cursor RIGHT           Moves the cursor to the right.

Cursor Left            Moves the cursor to the left.

Cursor Up              Moves the cursor up, or scrolls the display.

Cursor Down            Moves the cursor down, or scrolls the display.

Newline                Creates a new line.

Letter                 Enter the corresponding letter.  Use CAPS and SHIFT
                       to switch between upper case and lower case letters.
                       Some letter keys serve as calculator keys in the
                       calculator mode.

Numbers                Enter the corresponding number.  Following SHIFT,
                       these keys enter symbols.
