To eliminate interference, you can try one or more of the following. Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. Increase the distance between the calculator and the radio or TV. Use outlets on different electrical circuits for the calculator and the TV or radio. Consult your local Radio Shack store if the problem still exists. NO USER-SERVICE-ABLE PARTS INSIDE. REFER SERVICING TO QUALIFIED PERSONNEL. Before you use your calculator, carefully remove the tape securing the printer's cover. CONNECTING TO AC POWER 1. Plug the AC cord into a standard AC outlet. 2. To turn on the calculator, press the switch on the calculator's right side toward the front. INSTALLING THE PAPER ROLL 1. Remove the printer cover by pushing it in the direction of the arrow then lifting up. 2. Install the paper holders by fully inserting their hooks into the slots on the calculator's back housing until they click into place. 3. Insert the knob on each paper holder into the ends of the paper roll. The edge of the paper should feed from underneath the paper roll. 4. Insert the edge of the paper firmly into the slot underneath the tab. Then press ARROW UP so the paper feeds through the calculator. 5. Replace the printer cover. NOTE: A stripe appears on one edge of the paper when you need to replace paper roll. We recommend you use Radio Shack's calculator printer paper (Cat. No. 65-710).
