Your Radio Shack LCD Dictionary Spell Checker is easy to use, and gives 
you more than 130,000 definitions for over 70,000 words, based on The
American Heritage Dictionary.

The spell checker lets you simply enter a word the way you think it might 
be spelled to find the correct spelling.  The spell checker also has a 
missing letter feature that can help you find words for games like
crossword puzzles. 

Other features include: 

      Pick Function - lets you see the definition of a word which appears
                      anywhere on the display. 

Personal Dictionary - lets you store special words in your own dictionary,
                      or you can store names and addresses of your friends.

 Flashcard Function - helps improve your vocabulary by randomly displaying
                      up to 100 words you have entered so you can try to
                      recall their meanings.  The spell check can then show
                      you the definitions. 

 8-Digit Calculator - performs standard arithmetic operations, as well as
                      memory and percent calculations. 

Conversion Function - lets you quickly convert between English and metric
                      measurements.  The Dictionary Spell Checker also has
                      a currency converter that makes it easy to convert 
                      between your home currency and another currency. 

Automatic Power Off - conserves battery power by turning off if you do not 
                      use the Dictionary Spell Checker for about 3 minutes.
