ACTIVATING (OR DE-ACTIVATING) THE ALARM AND CHIME

In addition to an alarm, the watch has a chime that rings on the hour.
The unit's alarm and chime can be activated.  (When the chime is used, the
alarm must also be activated.)

1.  With the actual time/date on the display, press [S2].  The alarm
    symbol ((dot)) appears on the display.  This indicates that the alarm
    is activated.

2.  Press [S2] again.  The alarm symbol flashes.  This indicates that the
    alarm and the chime are both activated.  At the preset time, the alarm
    sounds with a persistent beeping noise for 20 seconds and then stops.
    You can manually shut off the alarm by pressing any button.

If you want the alarm to sound the same time each day, you do not need to
reset the alarm time.  Simply leave the chronograph in the alarm mode.

To de-activate the alarm and chime, press [S2] again.  The alarm symbol
disappears from the display.
