The system will support a DAY/ANNUNCIATE function.  When the DAY mode is
enabled, a change of state in any zone assigned will cause a brief pre
alarm tone and a high/low tone at each keypad.  Day mode is assigned under
the PROGRAM mode and will be enabled if any zone is assigned or disabled if
no zones are assigned.  If DAY mode is enabled it will be active any time
the system is disarmed.  See PROGRAMMING section for DAY mode setup.
