TRIGGERING THE ALARM

The Personal Security Alarm can help protect you if someone tries to steal
your purse.  Secure your alarm in your bag with the hand strap around your
wrist.  If your purse is stolen, the hand strap comes off, pulling the pin
out of the slot.  The alarm sounds and the strobe light flashes until you
re-insert the hand strap's pin in your alarm's slot.

SUMMONING HELP

When you want to summon help without sounding the alarm (for example, if
your vehicle breaks down at night), set FLASH/OFF to FLASH.  The strobe
light flashes.  Set FLASH/OFF back to OFF to turn off the strobe light.
