If you have problems, these suggestions might help.

Keypad does not arm or disarm your system.

    Be sure all connections are correct.

    The security code resets to the factory default if the security system
    loses AC power.  Check the security code.

    You may have two keypads set to the same address. Check, change one and
    cycle keypad power.

You cannot remember your code.

    Refer to your security system's owner's manual for instructions on how
    to reset the factory default code.
