Automatic Message Dialer (490-0433C) Troubleshooting Faxback Doc. # 19247 If you have a problem with the dialer, first check the power and telephone line connections. If the problem continues, refer to the following troubleshooting chart. Problem Cause/Solution __________________________________________________________________________ You cannot set the dialer You did not pull the RESET/CASSETTE RELEASE in the ready-to-dial-mode. lever before you pressed READY/PAUSE. Pull the lever toward you, and press READY/PAUSE. The dialer has no phone numbers in memory. (The OPERATION and MEMORY indicators flash.) Store at least one number in memory. The NO and/or NC loops are triggered. Be sure the loops are in their normal conditions.
