The Radio Shack Universal Garage Door Remote Control System lets you open
and close your electric garage door from up to 100 feet away by simply
touching the button on its miniature key-chain transmitter.  You can also
use it as a general-purpose remote control system to control many
appliances around your home, or for hobby projects.  And, you can add up to
three additional remote transmitters to the system.

The supplied transmitter comes with its own lithium battery set that will
last many years and is easy to replace.

The supplied receiver is easy to mount and connect to your garage door
opener.  Its flashing red LED lets you see that it is operating.

NOTE:  Most Genie and some Overhead Door and Stanley garage door systems
       cannot supply enough voltage (between 11 and 38 volts AC or DC) to
       control this system.
