Switch on side of case to switched when using a power transformer.

Hobbyist application:
Programmable for 3 types of outputs.
   Momentary   - 130 ms pulse.  (This is the way the unit comes)
   Latching    - push one the relay closes.  Push again it opens.
   Sustaining  - relay closes for as long as button pushed.
