The Radio Shack Pocket Remote Control can replace up to three standard
infrared remote controls.

Unlike some universal remote controls, the Pocket Remote is preprogrammed
and does not have to learn its commands from the original remote controls.
All you have to do is tell the Pocket Remote which remote controls you 
want it to replace (by entering 5-digit codes), and the Pocket Remote does
the rest.  It's as simple as A B C.

This manual includes a list of 5-digit manufacturers' codes for TVs, VCRs,
and cable converters.

After you've entered the 5-digit manufacturers' codes for your original 
remotes, the Pocket Remote is automatically ready to operate most of the
same functions as the original remotes.
