You can mount the TV under a cabinet, or use it as a portable.  Follow 
these steps to mount the TV under a cabinet.

WARNINGS:  The mounting bracket is not designed for use in a moving
           vehicle.  If you mount the TV in a vehicle, remove it from the
           bracket and store it in a safe place before moving the vehicle.

           To reduce the risk of fire, do not mount the TV directly over a
           heating surface.

CAUTION:  For proper ventilation, be sure there are at least 10 inches of
          space on each side of the TV.

1.  Using the mounting bracket as a guide, mark the position for the
    mounting hole.

2.  Drill a hole slightly smaller than the bolt.

3.  Install the bolt, washers, mounting bracket, and nut, then tighten the
    nut.

4.  Slide the TV onto the mounting bracket.
