If you try everything here and still cannot get the TV/VCR to operate normally, contact your local Radio Shack store for assistance. This set has a built-in automatic head cleaner, and if high-quality video tapes are used regularly, the video heads should not normally require cleaning. However, playing an old or damaged tape might clog the heads. If the VCR is not operating properly, take it to your local Radio Shack store for assistance. (CS 3/13/96)
