Q:  The satellite receiever will not stay locked on satellite.  Has to
    re-program every time to get the satellite he wants.

A:  Run the motor all the way to the WEST limit.  Take it off.  Hand-crank
    the dish all the way to WEST.  Re-install the motor.  Reset EAST and
    WEST limits.  Re-program.
