If you have problems with your 13-inch Color TV/Monitor, review the
suggestions below.  If you cannot eliminate the problem, contact your
local Radio Shack store for assistance.

       Problem       Suggestion

          No power - Make sure the power cord is plugged in.

                     Make sure the television is turned on.

     
     No picture or - Try another channel.
             sound
                     Check the Air, Cable, or Video setting.
                     
                     Check all connections.

                     
      Sound is OK; - Try another channel (station trouble).
   picture is poor
                     Check all connections.
   
                     Adjust the picture controls.

                     
    Poor reception - Adjust the antenna.

                     Check all connections.

                     Might be local interference.

                     
  Lines in picture - Try another channel (station trouble).
or ghosts(multiple
           images)   Adjust the antenna.

                     Adjust the picture control.

                     Check all connections.

                     Might be local interference.

    
    Remote Control - Check batteries in the remote control.
      doesn't work
                     
Cannot tune to the - Try another channel (station trouble).
   desired channel
                     Check the Air, Cable, or Video setting.

                     Channel might not be programmed in channel memory.
                     Store it using auto or manual programming.
