What's this?  It's not a telephone.  It's not a toy.  ITZA remote!  Your
Radio Shack ITZA Remote Control is one of the coolest remote controls
around.  ITZA's bright colors really liven up your room....and make ITZA
easier to find, too!

Plus, ITZA lets you easily control your TV, VCR and cable TV box with just
one remote, so you don't have to keep up with three different ones.  Just
follow the simple instructions in this manual to punch in the 3-digit codes
for your equipment, then you're ready to use it.  It's that easy!

Unlike other remotes that are overloaded with buttons, ITZA keeps it simple.
It has only the buttons you use the most. This helps make ITZA easy and fun
to use.

ITZA has an infrared beam that is stronger than most other remote controls.
This means that in most cases you can get better performance from ITZA than
from your original remote control!

ITZA's large, uniquely-shaped keys let you quickly find the right button,
even in a dimly-lit room, so you can get it right the first time.

Features and Functions

The chart below describes the features and functions of the ITZA remote
control.

Your ITZA remote control includes the functions used most often to operate
your TV, VCR, and cable box.

Key                      Function

[Operation Indicator]    Flashes red to show that the remote is working.

[TV] [VCR] [CBL]         The TV, VCR, and CBL keys select the device you
                         want to control.

[MAGIC]                  The MAGIC key sets the remote to control your
                         devices.

[PWR] [M] [E]            The PWR (Power) and M (Mute) keys operate the same
                         as on your original remote.  If your original re-
                         mote has an Enter key, use the [E] key.

[VOL /\] [CH /\]         The VOL (Volume) and CH (Channel keys operate the
[VOL \/] [CH \/]         same as on your original remote.

[0 - 9]                  The number keys operate the same as on your origi-
                         nal remote.

[<<REW] [FF>>] [PLAY>]   The REW (Rewind), FF (Fast-Forward), PLAY, r (Re-
[r] [s] [PAUSE]          cord), S (Stop), and PAUSE keys control the same
                         functions as those found on your VCR's remote.
